A 36-month scale-up project comprising five mutually reinforcing components to transform agriculture in the Volta Region.

1. Nursery Expansion - 30% growth to produce 5 million disease-free seedlings per cycle
2. Agro-Processing & Cold Storage Hub - 1,000 m² facility
3. FarmSide Technologies Package - IoT sensors and digital platforms
4. Compost and Biochar Scaling - Triple production capacity
5. Youth & Women Agripreneur Incubator - 50 micro-enterprises

FarmSide Agricultural Services & Tech (F.A.S.T)

Ghana's first private, industry-led mechanization hub in the south-eastern corridor, providing comprehensive agricultural technology and training.

  • 500 machines deployment across 16 Mobile Mechanisation Units
  • Agricultural Technical & Vocational Education and Training (ATVET) campus
  • 5,000 youth technicians training program
  • Partnership with University of Ghana for student training

Impact: 5,000 direct and 20,000 indirect jobs within 5 years

"Seeds of Change" - Perfect Plots Initiative

Women-led initiative empowering rural young women through sustainable vegetable farming, creating economic opportunities and improving food security in rural communities.

Key Components:

  • Comprehensive training in sustainable vegetable farming
  • Premium quality vegetables and herbs with full traceability
  • Economic empowerment through market access
  • Mentorship and ongoing support programs
  • Making healthy food affordable and accessible
